Using this analytical design tool, we have the ability to test the effects of the feed-gate position, improve the flow of the polymer and eliminate warpage. By simulating the entire process pre-manufacture, we save time and money, whilst reducing unnecessary waste.
As well as components, we offer a tool design service, which rapidly speeds up the production process. We also provide tool storage for the service life of the project.
