Rubber injection moulding offers optimal manufacturing methods for customers requiring high volume, tight tolerance and precision applications.
We mould rubber compounds of various polymer types and grades in a wide spectrum of colours and properties to suit your precise needs. Using a range of injection moulding presses, we manufacture high volume commodity components and complex custom mouldings. We follow strict control procedures to quickly and effectively eradicate flash, including a cryogenic process.
Rubber compounds contain unique properties and we can help you identify the most appropriate formulation for your application. We typically process natural rubber, EPDM, nitrile, neoprene, Vamac, silicone, HNBR, FKM and FVMQ. This is not an exhaustive list and our technical engineers will work with you to specify the right material, tooling configuration and process to ensure your component fulfils your specifications and is delivered on time and within budget.
Typical applications include sealing systems for wire harness assemblies, panel grommets and blanks, drain tube systems, buffers and dampers, components for HVAC systems and electrical vehicle high voltage applications. We can also manufacture inflator tubes, water pipe seals, glazing components and leisure applications.
